Applying for sponsorship or asking for a charitable donation?

We’re proud supporters of our local community and regularly receive requests for sponsorship through donated general admission passes for fundraising events.

If you'd like to apply for support for your fundraiser, please complete the form below — all fields are mandatory to help us process your request.

Please note: Due to the high volume of requests we receive, sponsorship requests are reviewed quarterly. We recommend you apply for support at least 3 months before your event. We have a limited annual allocation of general admission passes available.

Priority is given to:

• Initiatives aligned with our values: Conservation, Education, and Support for disadvantaged groups.

• Organisations that have supported the International Antarctic Centre in the past 12 months.

• Local community-focused causes.

Sponsorship Terms:

• Sponsorship is offered as general admission vouchers to the International Antarctic Centre.

• Successful applicants must:

• Provide photos of the event (we may use these for promotional purposes on social media, in the media or on our website).

• Inform us of the total funds raised.
